Exactly. Let's say 1 out of 15-25 american cops would accept a bribe from criminals, I'd bet the ratio in Mexico is 1 out 3(not that 1 out of 3 is corrupt, but if given the opportunity they wouldn't hesitate to cash in on their occupation). Hell they know if they don't accept the bribe this week, it will be a bullet the following week.  |

I like how the guy used a bag to make himself look like an innocent guy buying groceries when really he had a gat in his pocket ready to shoot... kinda reminds of the time mossad agents dressed up as tennis players before they shot the hamas leader at the time. |
