Commander of the Operational Tactical Group Executed in Front of His Home
The commander of the Operational Tactical Group (GTO) of the municipality of Nezahualcoyotl of the General Prosecutor's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) was murdered in front of his home on Saturday morning in the town of San Pedro Xalostoc. The commander, identified by his relatives as Carlos "N" quine was 38 years old, belonged to the FGJEM for more than 15 years, of which, for more than 5 years, he was part of the Homicide Prosecutor's Office, where he high-impact detentions, which earned him promotion. He currently served as Commander of the Operational Tactical Group (GTO) of the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl and previously, Commander of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in the municipality of Texcoco.  Sources mentioned that, derived from their investigative work and arrests, the commander had been threatened on several occasions by organized crime. The murder occurred around 07:30 hours on Saturday, when the commander was at the door of his home, located on Teotihuacán Street corner with Lázaro Cárdenas in the town of San Pedro Xalostoc, when he was surprised by subjects. He was shot several times. The shooter was disguised as a candy street vendor. In the place, four 9 mm caliber bullet cases were found. |
