Re: Colombia - Young Man Crushed by Truck.
The position of the blood trail is more consistent with the location of his anus. One of the things we train people who will have to fight an equally trained opponent likely also wearing substantial body armor, is to target the pelvic girdle. No matter how strong or how amped up on chemicals your opponent is, they instantly become a, "crawler" if you destabilize (fracture) the pelvis. The likelihood of a substantial pelvic girdle injury killing you is extremely high. Both femoral arteries run through there in very close proximity, not to mention many other blood vessels of substantial size and importance. This is further compounded by the internal organs and the momentum smashing all those sharp bone fragments together when gravity takes hold... It's pretty fucking brutal... Look up the video of the downhill slalom skier who crashed breaking his pelvis, trailing red snow behind him. He died right there on that slope... |

Re: Colombia - Young Man Crushed by Truck.
I could only find a couple of skiing accidents and neither of them mentioned a broken pelvis. Can you post a link please or send a pm? These two videos are the only skiing accidents I could find. Both are head injury deaths. https://www.documentingreality.com/f...i-crash-41060/ https://www.documentingreality.com/f...p-event-99805/ |

Re: Colombia - Young Man Crushed by Truck.
Glad to buddy, every time someone says, "we are all here to get off on gore and death", I always say, "not everyone"... Myself, I'm more interested in the dynamics of what can determine if someone dies horribly, or walks away. I'm also here to remind myself how great being above ground is, and to cherish it, because it often gets snatched away in the blink of an eye... Ironically, I type this from the hospital room with my mother in law, whom I just transported her a few days ago due to a routine blood test that proved CRITICAL... Life truly is a, "box of chocolates", eh? |
