Nah, bare feet in wet sand, she was too well grounded. Instant brain and organ failure... dead before she even fell. You might restart her heart (young & healthy) but it's still lights out.

Seriously wrong weather to be out at the beach.

When you are a sedentary piece of shit that stays indoors all day, the weather wouldn't matter in your case

Upon closer reexamination of the video, I now wonder if those birds (presumably flying above her head) might have facilitated the arcing and her subsequent electrocution.

If anyone here is an expert in physics, please elaborate either way.

She was dead before she hit the ground. I wonder if she had any hardware in her?

Re: Colombia - Tourist Struck By Lightning On The Beach

There’s no way she survived that quick crying for cpr lol look at the guy walking at the bottom of the video the minute she gets hit with that laser beam. He’s hundreds of feet away and grabbed his head to make sure he was ok. Just imagine that blunt force to the brain. She was instantly zapped and I’d like to see one of you guys take that laser beam I’ll give you cpr right after and see who was right
100% agree with you here!

They are called 'Blue Bolts', which essentially means lightning strikes on a clear day. They are very rare, but there have been videos of these instances happening.

Re: Colombia - Tourist Struck By Lightning On The Beach

Hmmm... no burn marks, the lightning looks fake... is this fake? Seems like it. I'd think the lightning would have hit the metal pole of the nearby umbrella first.
