The driver is the tow truck guy from the other video. He was fired from that job and this was his first day as a garbage man.

There's enough clearance for a child underneath most civilian vehicles. Maybe a bit more for this industrial vehicle. He probably only got beat up a bit underneath any part that wasn't the wheel...then he got beat up a bunch by the wheel.
Definitely tore some muscles with the initial Crunches-from-Hell but then he decided that wasn't enough of a workout so he went with getting Crunched-to-Hell.

Yet more evidence that exercise kills.
