Almost, but then I did realize one thing as soon as I slowed down the video. The guy wasn't riding behind that pickup truck, he came from southwest of the camera position doing a left curve towards the road, then without stopping he proceeded to cross knowing that he would clear the pickup truck going right, and his timing was perfect there let me tell you that. but from everything going through his mind, he failed to watch out for incoming traffic, and thats when that big truck was traveling carrying his ticket, his ticket straight to hell!
