Did you not notice that the dude on the phone came from the actual vehicle that the deceased woman had just exited? He appeared to come from the driver side of the vehicle. She obviously was someone that he knew. He must have been mortified by what he was experiencing.

You’re certainly correct. The guy on the phone was the victim’s husband/son or at least friend. He comes out of the van in obvious distress after she gets wasted..
