Don't know what to think of this one. I am Christian. The Koran dictates murder. The Bible speaks of many things. So I will call this one unrelated to Christian or Muslim. I say this: If he did seriously offend the community; if he did fuck up then he got what was coming considering circumstances. But until I find the whole story I can't make a concrete call on this one.

I doubt there would be that many Christians gathered together in one area anywhere in Pakistan. So we can safely assume that those 'Christians' were probably Muslims, and the 'Muslim' getting beaten was most likely a Sikh or a Christian.

you try to make muslims look like the victims here, and in this single case it might be so. but that single video of "christians" killing a muslim NEVER weighs up to the massive amount of videos where muslims kill ANYTHING that wont fit their twisted minds you have the double standard here ! |

How ignorant are some of you people... they must be Muslim because of flip flops and pajamas? There's a difference between ethnic attire and religious attire. Man-jammies are worn by pretty much everybody over there. Headscarves and turbans are the same way.  |

We will disagree with what the Qur'an dictates, as I'm fairly sure I'm a bit more familiar with it than you. I'd rather not get into an ugly comparison, anyway. What I will absolutely agree with is that this is not a religious act. This is tribal/cultural... the only religious aspect of it is the different paths of the mob and the victim. Tribalism is garbage. It will cause people to kill and maim regardless of their chosen faith. Honor killings, violence towards women, mob mentality, and crap like in the video... the fact that they are represented across religious lines should be a clue to those who consider it. Nothing justifies it. |

ya.. like the insane theocratic judicial system/gov't is going to run a fair trial... for anyone (esp the hated non-muslims). look at the ridiculous apostasy laws and the killing in the streets of bloggers and law makers condemning that law. It is at least 100 years behind any first world country, socially speaking.... maybe more. India and Pakistan are night and day, but I would choose India in a fucking heartbeat to live over Pakistan. Even with half the population shitting on the train tracks every day India is still 10x better than their backward ass brother. given the choice I would avoid both for at least another century... or until they both use toilets and bathroom tissue throughout the country |
