Who the fuck uses clips Secondly, this guy was doing a 1 rep max and found out the hard way that he should have had a spotter.. total weight.. weak as fuck BTW 295lbs total.. (4)45lbs + (2)35lbs + bar 45lbs.. should not trust Chinese strength |

I see a lot of people on here talking about not using clips to secure the weights when bench pressing and that makes a lot of sense, but you know what else makes a lot of sense, not fucking doing this kind of stupid shit in the first place without a spotter.

its actually a powerlifter posture....and very common everyone is stronger on the decline, as long as your butt is touching the bench, its a good lift. and by torquing your back like that it actually creates power like a spring and allows you to use many more muscle groups for more power. but.......what i would like to know is.....what song he had on at the time?? |

Yeah, if you're a beginner, use safety bars. If you're more experienced and pushing yourself, you need a spotter. At the very least make sure there are people around you that can help if something goes wrong. I'm wondering if that was intentional |
