He certainly showed some thoughtful consideration prior to jumping. He stood silently...giving thought to what he was doing. He lowered himself to slide off the building...so as not to create any extra anxiety within himself. He fell into some kind of alley... so as not to cause traffic problems on a busy street. He hit the ground...so as not to fuck up anyone's car or motorbike.
Based on his behaviors as I saw them, I tend to think that smearing his former company's name with his own blood was a justified act. However, I also think that the loss of himself was far greater than any loss of prestige or reputation by his former company.
I liked the guy right away, and right away he was dead.
