This has to be one of the saddest things ive seen here, though there is a lot of competition. Besides writhing in agony, it seems like some of her last actions was to reach her hand out to her child. The childs cries are haunting. My god, no amount of therapy will ever let that child be okay, and I know the mental health system there needs work as it is.
