Hmm, I don’t know how Cambodia handles cases like this, just know that not all SE Asia countries are alike in dealing with crime. I know in Laos, you can kill a regular person and absolutely get away with it if you’re local and have money. Cambodia may be like this also, whereas in China, it’s an automatic, no appeals granted death sentence.

What was it he threw on him? It almost looked fluorescent. We’ve seen people doused in gas and I feel like this looks way more intense than that.

It was a work related accident. A rusted four inch round pipe burst and the steaming hot saltwater scalded both my legs, chest, neck, right arm and butt.
