Decomposing Bodies of Two Men Wash Up on Acapulco Beach
The bodies of two men in a state of putrefaction washed up on 'Princess Beach' in Acapulco, Guerrero state, Mexico. The victims' hands and feet were both tied up, so I think it's safe to say their deaths weren't natural.

Looks like a anchor attached to the rope around their feet...having your hands and feet tied up while being weighted down must be a horrible way to go
