Chinese Man Fatally Set on Fire at Cambodian Hotel
In a hotel in Sihanoukville province, a 42-year-old Chinese man, Zhang G., died after being doused in gasoline and set ablaze by 34-year-old Kien Kunthea. Kien was arrested shortly afterwards. According to him, he despised Zhang, as Zhang had apparently stolen his cell phone and refused to compensate him. |

That's a little more than "being doused". It's amazing that more people weren't set ablaze or that the entire room didn't explode. I was surprised that the guy decided to stay behind the counter the instant he could tell it was gas. |

Crazy Chino. For a phone, he killed a man and put others in danger. Incredibly, there were more fatalities. One of my tenants who is in the garment industry met me in Shanghai after not seeing her for several years. After my commonsense advice to her regarding the differences between China and her native San Francisco, Right after the meet, she was almost killed by a crazy local. The idiot who was responsible for the crash wanted to stab her with a knife. It turned out that he was a wealthy local knife industrialist. His rage was so strong, that the fact that my tenant was an older white woman along with her boss who is also in her late 60's, did not mean shit.  |
