Looks like he was using some sticky tape and got caught up in it. I could use some of that on my Christmas present wrapping paper. I wonder if you can find it on Amazon, I mean most of the shite on there comes from China.  |

I have seen way too many people making the same mistake on very similar machines. Maybe they need to train people better or put some better safety measures in place.
