Re: China: Woman Slaughtered In Broad Daylight
I’d like to think that if that happened in United States, some legal, concealed carry gun-toting American (like myself) would blow his sorry ass away. |

Re: China: Woman Slaughtered In Broad Daylight
Serious question along these lines, if anyone could clarify the legality around this type of thing. If this is happening in America; in which situations is it legal to just pull out a gun and shoot?: A. If he threatens you with the weapon or comes at you - B. If he approaches the women again to cause further bodily harm (not self-defense shooting) C. Hes just standing there having already done what he did, can you just pull out a gun a shoot him justifiably? D. Hes just standing there, and you pull out a gun and tell him to drop knife, he doesn't listen but also just stands there not attacking you or her again - then you shoot. A. seems like yes for everyone? D. seems like yes for only cops? B. Okay for the average citizen? (its not self-defense, and youre not a cop, are you allowed to intervene with deadly force?) C. Probably NO?? |
