That dead guy, shouldn't have messed with someone else's wife regardless of the situation. That's the price you pay when you fuck with another man's car; I mean, wife. If she was drugged, that husband did what the law should, but doesn't. However, some shit doesn't add up! Where was her husband during the company dinner? She was asked to go to the dinner, not "forced." It's implied she went willingly, without her husband. "He drugged her with wine." That's some bullshit. What, was the wine forced down her throat at a company dinner??? It's hard to get black-out drunk on wine, unless you drink a lot of it. That wife fucked around, and played the victim card after her husband found out. Now his freedom is likely over, and he wasn't even man enough to face him head on. Snuck up on him from the back; bitch move.

Still... if she was forced to go to the dinner against her will, then drugged... that dead guy got off way too easily.
