Mostly agree with everything you wrote. On the other hand, it’s also good to see not everyone on the forum is a racist, homophobic psycho. If it weren’t for the ocasional compassionate comment, or the hate speech being called out, it would make it seem like everyone here is on that wavelength, when it is not true. I bet there are quite a few of us in the forums that are just interested in gore, for whatever reason, but are not into racism, bigotry, etc.

I’d say: grow thick skin, and expect disgusting comments from people. Call them out if it makes you feel better, like or dislike posts. And if it’s just too much, then take a break. I’ve been here for years, and check the forum daily, but I rarely comment. Bunch of us reasonable are silent participants.
