GODDAMN THE COP WAS SHOOTING LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to stop at only 33 seconds and just gather myself, holy fucking hell that's insane, I guess that's what happens when you have to go for quantity over quality but for fuck sake there is no justification for any shots fired in that scenario, I'd have charged that cop with reckless endangerment and might near attempted manslaughter for what he did and I'm only 33 seconds into the top video, fuck... dumb son of a bitch

He ran over someone whilst on the run, he was a danger to others so yes it's great that the skilled cop managed to shoot him without hitting innocent bystanders.
