Re: Chile Police - Motorcycle Turned Foot Pursuit Ends in Blood Squirting Headshot
That was a bloody good shot! Unfortunately, if he had missed the bullet would probably have gone on to hit someone in the next car........ not correct procedure at all. Last I heard car theft was not an executable offence, in any country. |

Re: Chile Police - Motorcycle Turned Foot Pursuit Ends in Blood Squirting Headshot
It is when the driver commits a felony, defense of a third person, assault with a deadly weapon (the car)... I could Monday night quarterback this video and justify the actions of this police officer.

Re: Chile Police - Motorcycle Turned Foot Pursuit Ends in Blood Squirting Headshot
Who was the third party, being ‘defended’, and who was being assaulted with the car? I don’t mind them shooting car thieves dead in the slightest, or bike thieves, just curious what happens if they miss and kill some innocent passerby. “Sorry ma’am, we killed your husband and child while trying to stop some car being stolen. Cars are important, you know” |
