Geez, arm the criminals. I like how these most sensitve people in Haiti when they cheer went another person was murdered in front of all the children. They could have capped him somewhere else if murder is how the operate. Even the Mafia does not cheer after they excuse for various reasons.

I showed this video to a Haitian guy, he said they are speaking some other language, it is not in Haiti, maybe Africa.
