Re: Chicken Cart Vendor Shot Dead Whilst Opening Up His Business
On the bright side: Recent Ecuadorian food safety research reveals a high prevalence of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli and multidrug-resistant Salmonella strains (particularly S. Typhimurium and S. Infantis) in street-vended ready-to-eat foods. These specific strains can cause community infections that are exceptionally difficult to treat with standard antibiotics. |
