All idiots. What if the victim was an innocent driver just trying to get home? What's "the rest of the story"?
All innocence was lost when he decided to plow into the pedestrians. Even if they were in the wrong to block the road, let the police do their job. Or get shot to death trying to take matters into your own hands like the dead guy here.
