I probably have a very different perspective on this than most people, but I would not charge this man with murder because when that officer said “you’re gonna get Shot” that to me is an immediate threat on life and justified shoot… I would definitely not have A problem charging this dude with possession of an illegal firearm… But I don’t know. Feel free to blast me.

Incorrect. As a person being detained, he was given a lawful order. Failure to comply gets you killed for reaching. That's a perceived threat. To tell him multiple times and advise him of a potential outcome that officer did more than enough imo. I think he did more than should have, his gun should have been drawn and that movement should have pulled his trigger.  |
