Don't cement mixers seem to be involved in Documenting Reality traffic deaths all out of proportion to their numbers on the road?

What I learned on Documenting Reality:

1) avoid airshows
2) maintain a safe distance from cement mixers
3) avoid car rallies

that black suv making a left through a red arrow basically caused it- that's what forced the cyclist to stop in front of the concrete truck.
cyclist was still a dummy though
