In Khan Tuol Kouk, Phnom Penh, 30-year-old sanitation worker Lek C. was fatally run over by a cement truck. The truck's driver attempted to escape the scene, but was apprehended.

This is concrete proof of the driver's guilt and cements the probability of jail time. There is just no cure for stupidity. I never want to get mixed up with that kind of thing.  |
