Nah. Guns are the primary tool for suicide for both men and women, though women attempt it more often, men complete it more often. Yes, there's a stat called completed suicide. Sure if you account for their percentage of the population, women did it less often but it's not a rare method. Real-time edit: Even in Lebanon trend data (2008-2018) shows that firearms are the preferred tool for both men and women. That was surprising as I haven't checked stats for that country, mostly the USA and Japan.  Though Lebanon's suicide rate is markedly lower than the others.

Honestly I don't think she meant to shoot herself. I think she was just being dramatic and accidently pulled the trigger. You can tell she was in the middle of a sentence when the gun went off.  |
