There's a big difference between getting raped for dressing or acting a certain way and getting killed by a cartel because you were involved with them. I'm just a bit sick of foreigners believing they know what things are like HERE.
You clearly don't understand what I was trying to get across. I was explaining that you don't have to be involved with the cartel to be brutalized by them; just like you don't have to drink too much or dress like a whore to be raped.
