The silver car is a dodge charger driven by the black guy you see laying in front of it being tended to by everybody. He was racing another car before this happened. He survived.

Meanwhile, that girl that's moving around? Seems to be the 17 year old girl who survived. You can hear her moaning throughout the whole video. She seems to have massive facial damage from sliding that distance, and likely multiple broken bones, and looking at the video, I doubt she has much of a face left. Probably blind as well.

The thing I hate the most about this is the callous way they disregard her, not even offering comfort in this situation. I dont mean move her around, just go talk to her or fucking something, Jesus christ.

Yeah, pretty interesting how they conveniently only tend to the black guy, who was likely the one who caused all this devastation to begin with if it's really true that he was racing.

At least two of the bystanders are on with emergency services and at the very end you can hear a woman, as she crouches down beside this horrendously injured young woman, say "Breathe sweetie. Just breathe."

The others are just fucking traumatized by what they are seeing. They don't know what to do and you wouldn't either.
