Peru, Traffic cam shows two hitmen on a bike, riding on the highway last Friday, pulling up next to a three wheeled mototaxi. The pillion rider pointed his gun at the taxi driver shooting him in the head which resulted in him falling from the vehicle landing next to the road while the mototaxi veered off the road to the right.
Police is investigating.

Very skillful to do that while riding... His throttle hand is his gun hand.. Thats why 2 guys on a bike is much easier

I don't think the mototaxi driver was criminally involved.
Probably just heard something from one of his riders that he wasn't supposed to hear.

Cut and pasted: “Traffic cam shows two hitmen on a bike”… if you watch closely you can see the “driver’s” elbows still holding the handlebar. The passenger is who shot the guy…
