Would the world be better if the ghettos were purged of these beasts? Its sad that these people really are incapable of being people. Standing above an individual to record rather than offer any form of comfort or help really reminds me of the differences between them and the monolithic culture that dominated where I grew up. World is just a meat grinder at the end of the day.
