Car Rolls Back Running Over Killing a Biker
Couple of things that makes this vid remarkable. The car rolling back running over a biker that loses his helmet in an instant as no secure helmet strap. A cop making an arrest on the stairs and everybody running to the street to see the accident leaving the bad guy doing some acrobatic moves before falling down lol Not to mention the heavy chested girl walking down the stairs near the end of the vid.  |

correct he wasn't cuffed but he turned around putting his hands on his back ready to get cuffed. he acts weird for whatever reason. maybe on drugs or drunk

If I had to guess I would say without a doubt some kind of downer(probably not alcohol based on his balance). You should see what heroin/oxycodone does to people. They look like marionettes swaying in the breeze. Would be a lot funnier if they weren’t straddling the line between taking too much and a fatal overdose. Alcohol definitely can knock you uncouncious, but your balance wouldn’t be nearly that good. |
