In actuality the car already had tires off the road before the accident. That car had just crossed the median, which is normal ‘curb’ height, and hadn’t had time to settle on the road before the impact. But even so, that was a TREMENDOUS force!!! That cyclist must have liquefied on impact... I would be surprised if he knew what happened more than 1/2 a second before death.
