Car Driver Loses Control After Collision and Ploughs Into Group - One Dead
Mar del Plata, Argentina A 36-year-old man, Maximiliano V., was killed and four were injured after a traffic accident which also destroyed the front of a store. The incident was caused when the driver of a Volkswagen collided into the rear of a Toyota at an intersection. The Toyota driver was driving at high speed, and the collision caused him to lose control and mount the pavement. Maximiliano had arrived in Mar del Plata to work in the fishing industry. An autopsy performed by the Forensic Police determined that he suffered internal haemorrhaging due to crushing and severe kidney injuries after being pinned against the shop's security grille. Maximiliano's 38-year-old friend, and three teenagers, were injured. The case has been classified as aggravated negligent homicide and aggravated negligent injury resulting from the reckless operation of a motor vehicle. The investigation must now determine the liability of both drivers. |

Re: Car Driver Loses Control After Collision and Ploughs Into Group - One Dead
"Man, standing on sidewalk........." is a VERY OMINOUS term around here! About the same as "Man crossing train tracks............" Or "Bicyclist next to truck................." The only way to make it worse is to preface it with "Indian" |
