This is what happens when the government is not enough to solve the high crime problem in Mexico. people are resorting to crime to gain money in Mexico. Either join the gang or cartels or go solo. Good people are tired of criminals and the police not doing anything about it. So they resort to doing what you people saw, taking justice with their own bloody hands.
