Chicago burbs around 1990 a 17 yr old guy fell off his bike and his head got run over / exploded by the rear wheels of a truck he was riding next to on Ogden Avenue (busy road, not highway). The first few cars went around the body / brains / skull pieces, then a guy in a pick up blocked both lanes because there was brain spray across 2 lanes.

The USA, and especially Kalifornia is an increasingly 'multi-cultural' (non-caucasian non-Christian) nation, so in a few years you will probably see vehicles not even slowing for an accident like this, all the coolies just dumbly pressing forward and driving over live and dead people...
