A fellow Learjet worker was sent there on a customer support trip back in the 1980's. He said he knew he was in trouble after he filled a glass of water at his hotel, and there were bits of toilet paper floating in it. It was a GRIM place. This was at a big city first class hotel, (The company always sent people first class on airlines, and set up stays at the best hotel available)
