The random and seemingly unexplainable accidents always get my sympathy, and it's too bad that people don't always get a chance to know what is coming. I'm sure the passengers are very grateful for him stopping. Rest in peace, Sir.

They are saying it was an errant piece of metal, left a triangular shaped wound, damaged his liver, passengers very happy he was strong and brought to bus to a safe stop.
