Not a heart attack. According to newspapers, the driver run away in panic after the accident. He was speeding as witnesses said, probably with mobile phone on one hand, a cigarette on the other. It is common for bus drivers in Turkey.

it wasn't the same guy. If you look at the very top right corner of the screen right after the impact you can see the guy with the white shirt & black pants with white stripe come running from behind a barrier to the scene from a short distance away...he was just wearing bascially the same exact outfit as the guy who just got smashed.
