This ^^^ exactly what I was thinking, perp is afraid to get disappeared permanently by the police. In the tourism commercials, Jamaica was all smiling, pot smoking black people with a gentle live and let live philosophy like Bob Marley, was I misinformed? Also, I learned watching kosher media outlets like CNN that USA police are uniquely violent and racist in the world, did Jaimaca police learn some of our USA police violent habits? |

He knew they weren't gonna take him to the station. I've seen that desperation before. We have to remember that these aren't US cops. There not being monitored, so they make there own rules. |
