Expatriate Dies While Playing Badminton on Courts
Muscat:3 jan 2023. The Indian expatriate sports community in Muscat mourned the death of a young amateur sports lover on Tuesday. The victim suffered a cardiac arrest while playing a game of badminton in a residential compound in Ghubra on Monday evening. The 38-year-old Indian native from the state of Kerala was playing on the courts when he suffered sudden pain and collapsed. He is survived by his wife and two children. A regular player in the domestic cricket league, his friends were left shocked at his sudden collapse on the courts and death. I love the one guy who points at him in shock. Like, “Did you just see that!? He’s laying on the floor right here!” |
