Sad event. But he was guilty. A very well connect Dwyer, tried to get his conviction overturned. He contacted many politician including Regan. After his death, his appeals where address by the 3rd circuit court of appeals but his convictions were sustained. The motive for his suicide was to have his wife received his pension benefits. Which were about 4.5 millions in today's dollars. Sad event, but this guy played the game and got caught.

I wonder why so much disinformation? I read several post from members erroneously call this man innocent. He was not. If some people keep on repeating something, is not going to change the facts. The guy was dirty. With all his friends in high places, the facts could not excuse a pardon. Big man with bigger ego. |
