The guy who told everyone to leave the room is such a flat-liner. What annoys me about this video is that everyone there reacted with shock, or at least it seems that way. I don't think there was a single person there who enjoyed the moment. But I do think that many would have stayed and gawked if it hadn't been for the guy telling everyone to leave the room. If I was there recording I would have told that guy he can't tell anyone to leave and that I was going to continue recording.

Not unless you count the 25-minute speech preceding the drawing of the gun to be "hesitation." And he did try to draw attention, but more to the circumstances of his situation and what it said about the justice system.
