Thats a victim of murder.I think if i remember corect it had to do with drugs.He tried to steall money from a cartel.Now he become an example for others  |

They're all bullet wounds- the wounds that look like knife slices are bullets that sliced and did not penetrate- someone REALLY did not like this guy; the head will explode and brains and skull will exit the cavity because of the speed at which the bullet is travelling- it creates a vacumn that sucks the matter out.
