An assailant that stolen a lot stores and car, "and sometimes some kidnaps (as hear in the video)".
He starts (in the first video) saying his name and telling about the things that they do. I mean "they" because he mention another guys of his gang naming them by their nicknames. He told that his gang of delinquents payed to the Local Police, payed to the State Police and to the federal Police to they (the police corporations) leave to them steal with tranquility in some towns on the outskirts of the city (mexican commonly corruption).

So, the local people was tired of their assaults and thefts and some people of the town caught him and record the videos.
The people its tired that police never made their work and frecuently (as this time) are allied with this criminals.
