It seems to be that pretty much every death is down to the riders getting their feet caught in the stirrups/rope things. I mean im glad the bull got his own back, but surely riding without those ropes would reduce fatalities?

 No pitty for this motherfucker. None. At about 1:09 you can see them picking him up and his head hanging llike a limp noodle. BUSTED NECK. I'm sure they killed the bull shortly afterwards. So, really nobody wins.
