After watching this I googled to get the most story I could, as well as the most translations of the video.
I believe the translation that has been posted is accurate, except the russian soldiers name in the translation is actually the name of the guy who ran away and was shot.

This website seems to have the most accurate account of what happened in the video, as far as I have come across.

in my opinion, the most hardcore video on the site. portraying the brutal anxiety and fear in the face of a certain death. how its drawn out and how they take one at the time makes it more painful to watch knowing the soldiers lying on the ground know whats gonna happen and can only pray for a miracle. how some of them try to stall their executioners is another powerful part of the vid, demonstrating the desperation of these poor fellas
