In alot of third world countries this is basically their courts system. They have no Judges no attorneys they dont practice formal Law. If someone is caught in the act of a crime they take it into there own hands. They usually all agree on a punishment. In this case it was beaten to death. Im not saying this young man committed a crime. Im just saying its what it looks like.
