Bricklayer Doing Repair Work on Street Is Murdered with Multiple Machete Blows
Leme, São Paulo, Brazil. Happened last month but found it today on Facebook. A 31-year-old bricklayer, Felipe G.A.A., was carrying out repair work on a street when he was approached by his neighbour, who attacked and killed him with more than thirty machete blows. According to the investigation, the suspect approached from behind and began a series of machete blows, mainly striking Felipe's head, as well as his back, arms, and legs. The emergency services was called, but could only confirm the death at the scene. The suspect then hailed a taxi and left for the nearby city of Araras. Police in Araras found the suspect and arrested him. |

Damn that was brutal. The perp was pretty obvious strutting down the sidewalk with that machete in hand. Had the vic just looked up once, he could have bailed out in time. Maybe. |
