Well, if you were a killer, had a job to do and it ended up being some kind of land whale like that, you catch dude outside and drop him. Watching the bullets move the body around would be a whole lot more entertaining than popping some skinny guy a few times and watch him bleed out.
Why not shoot him a few more times. His brains splattered out and his body jiggled a bunch..
